I grew up as the eldest child in a large family. From a young age I was babysitting my younger siblings regularly. Friends of my parents noticed I had a knack for it and that I was intuitively good with children so I then started to be hired for the occasional babysitting job. I've worked with infants as well as older children. I am first aid and cpr certified. I am currently enrolled in school for classical realism painting so I can teach advanced art skills to older children. I also am very active and love being outside. I cook good nutritious meals. And most importantly I love having fun and communicating with children. I also enjoy the caretaking of younger children that involves feeding, changing, and cleaning etc. It is something that comes naturally to me and I like knowing I am doing something good for another human being in this world.

I recently relocated to Kihei/Wailea area, Maui, full time last year, (after visiting for over 2 decades & with family on Kaua'i). I have many, MANY years of experience caring for & spending time with children (beginning in my teens, when I was the neighborhood babysitter). I love being a sitter because I grew up around young kids all my life. I am currently in college as a nursing major in Honolulu. I have experience in healthcare as a caregiver for the older population. Though not paid experience I have a younger sister which I gained experience taking care of her from a baby to now as she’s a first grader. Being involved in community service allowed me to gain experience with a wide range of kid ages such as elementary school kids and even teenagers.I also have CPR, First Aid, and Seizure certification.
