For experience and schooling: I’ve taken college credit courses in childcare during my time as a highschool student. These classes include: Child growth and development Family life Foundations of education Followed by Field Stidy, where I participated in classrooms as a teachers aid to gain experience. I’m CNA certified (Certified Nursing Assistant) and CPR certified I’m currently planning to attend college for a psychology degree. I’ve worked with children ages 6 months to 8th grade. I am a single mother of a daughter turning age 3 in May of 2026. I love being a mom, and have always wanted to work with children. I am Circle of Security trained, Love and Logic trained, and I am CPR as well as first aid trained. I have reliable transportation, I am prompt, and a fast learner to any children's needs. I was a stay at home mother for 15 months before I returned to the workforce, and I exclusively breastfed my daughter for those 15 months. I know what is entailed to protect children from potential hazards as I am also a mother. I have also under gone the Safe Care program. I also come from a large family of 5 child, and so I have been around children all of my life. I know how to meal prep, do housework, and I have very good scheduling as well as time management. Taking care of my daughter is what I do best, and I would love to help out a family to take care of their children as that allows me to take care of my daughter in unison with employment.

hi I’m Kaylee!! I am a graduate student at Iowa State University pursuing my masters degree to become a registered dietitian! Although I haven’t had much experience paid in childcare, I do come from a family of 5, 3 of which are younger than me. There is 18 years of age between me and the youngest so the range of experience spans from infants to teens. I am incredibly responsible, dependable, and caring! I am also First Aid/CPR/AED certified for pediatrics and adults. I love to connect with the people I babysit for and get to know them personally. Hi! I’m a 3rd-year Occupational Therapy (OT) student getting my doctorates at Drake University. I’ve been babysitting for 7 years now, and I have several years of hands-on experience caring for kids of all ages. I’ve also tutored and spent time at a daycare.
