Growing up as the older sister of five, I’ve always had a natural inclination to care for others. From a young age, I took on the responsibility of looking after my siblings, which laid the foundation for my love of working with children. Every day in my childcare role feels like an adventure. I thrive on the energy and curiosity that children bring into the world. Whether it’s playing games, reading stories, or simply being there to listen, I find immense joy in nurturing their development. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and discover new things. I took a first aid class for children and have been CPR certified from that same class as well as my high school and being a lifeguard. I have nannied and babysat since I was 13 years old. I have experience babysitting multiple children. I have a little bit of experience babysitting an infant but primarily toddlers and elementary school age children. I currently attend Kirkwood Community College and plan to be a physical therapist. I love being active and playing volleyball and other sports.
