I grew up helping at camp with at risk kids, I am a success coach with those kids as well. As a success coach I work with kids who aren’t having the best of times. I help them understand why they are upset and how we can work through this to have a better days. I am verified in mental health awareness for children. I am a single mother of a daughter turning age 3 in May of 2026. I love being a mom, and have always wanted to work with children. I was a stay at home mother for 15 months before I returned to the workforce, and I exclusively breastfed my daughter for those 15 months. I know what is entailed to protect children from potential hazards as I am also a mother. I have also under gone the Safe Care program. I also come from a large family of 5 child, and so I have been around children all of my life. I know how to meal prep, do housework, and I have very good scheduling as well as time management. Taking care of my daughter is what I do best, and I would love to help out a family to take care of their children as that allows me to take care of my daughter in unison with employment.

hi I’m Kaylee!! I am a graduate student at Iowa State University pursuing my masters degree to become a registered dietitian! Although I haven’t had much experience paid in childcare, I do come from a family of 5, 3 of which are younger than me. There is 18 years of age between me and the youngest so the range of experience spans from infants to teens. I am incredibly responsible, dependable, and caring!
