I've been babysitting/nannying for around 15 years. I've had experience in infants, toddlers, and kids. I am a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for a school district and am looking for some extra work after school. Prior to being a SLPA I worked as a Police Dispatcher so I am very responsible, punctual, outgoing, and fun!!

I have been babysitting for almost 6 years, 3 years in a daycare as a preschool teacher and about 3 1/2 years total being a nanny. I have experience with children from 3 weeks old to 15 years old. I am very comfortable and confident with all ages. I let the children know in my interactions with them, that I am an extension of their home when their parents leave. I am there to make them feel secure, loved and comfortable. I love creating little projects with kids, as I think it's a wonderful way for them to use their imagination. I love baking, reading, drawing, doing crafts, playing with the children and watching their little brains work and understand new and exciting things. I really like being real with little ones because they see through everything, and their insight is priceless. I believe completely in gentle interaction with children while babysitting and teaching. I don’t believe in harsh discipline I am a strong believer that everything is just a learning opportunity to guide behavior in a positive and loving direction that will eventually become common nature when consistently being displayed.
