I have been doing in home care for several years. I have experience with children of all ages as well as experience with children with special needs. I have 3 children of my own, a 1 yr old and 2 special needs children aged 7 and 8. I have also cared for other children who have had varying degrees of special needs. I have learned to be very patient and caring as well as how to adjust to each child’s required needs and routines. I can assist with potty training and certain levels of homework. I am currently working on getting my cpr certification and I am also enrolled in classes to become an elementary school teacher.

I am 53 years old. I have raised 2 children by myself to adulthood. I am currently unemployed and looking to do something different. I have experience with pets as well. I much prefer children and animals to most adults, so this would be perfect for me.

I have a lot of experience in many care settings, including nannying, day care and day program. I have experience with infants, babies, neurodivergent children, special needs children, children in foster care, children with trauma and children of divorce. I have been known to treat children with respect and personally believe each child is smart. I will teach your child something new, no matter their age or mental level. I have been known to be great at teaching independence, self sufficiency and kindness. I prefer not to do dishes, clean vomit (baby spit up is different and I do not mind it), and take care of sick kiddos. I can handle many children at once and have been called a professional big sister.

i have worked with kids most of my life it started with high school i took a kindergarten class working with the kids. i have also worked with kids in church while their parents are in church. i work with the kids playing with them giving them snacks and doing crafts.

Why do I love being with kids Because when I was growing up I was in foster care. When I was still living with my foster mother I helped with the kids all the time and watch when she was away. Everything that I need to know about kids I got it from my foster mom and so I have 5 years of experience with all ages.
