Hello, my name is Guisselle Morales. I enjoy working with children of all ages and creating a safe, fun and positive environment where they can learn and grow. I am the oldest of four siblings, and I also have experience helping care for younger relatives, including being part of a large extended family with many younger children. I started babysitting around the age of 10, initially for family members and later for families outside of my own, which helped me build confidence, responsibility, and strong childcare instincts from a young age. My skills include communication, patience, organization, and the ability to stay calm and responsible in any situation. I am both CPI and CPR trained and have experience using positive behavior support strategies, de-escalation techniques, and maintaining safe, structured environments for children. I also have experience with lesson planning, supervision, and working closely with families and staff to support each child’s development. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, going to the gym, and spending time with my family and animals, which helps me stay balanced and grounded.

I am a high school senior with 2 years experience with CNA work. I have never been a sitter professionally, but I always love taking care of my friends and family members little ones. I am CPR certified, AED certified, choking and first aid certified, as well as have my drivers license. I am very patient as I have had special training with dementia care and can handle stressful situations and special needs.
