I am a wife and mother of three adult children. I was a certified elementary teacher (k-9) for over 15 years before I moved here, and I love to work with children. I was a full time nanny to two young children (3 yrs old and 3-15 months) in St. Joseph, Michigan (2021-23), another infant 3-20 months in Valparaiso (2023-24), and two children (4 & 2 years old) in Valpo (23-Now) I'm currently available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I can help with just about anything including the feeding, cleaning, laundry, making baby food, or homework. Just let me know what it is that you need. I am very comfortable with children of all ages. As a working parent, I understand how hard it is to get it all done and how important it is to find a reliable, trusted individual to care for your most precious commodity - your children. Hi! I’m currently a full-time college student at Valparaiso University. During school my schedule is pretty full, but if I’m notified in advance about a needed sitter I can work around some things. :) I’m mainly free during winter breaks, spring breaks, weekends, etc. I’ve never had a “real” babysitting job, however I have a little brother who I’ve babysat since he was a newborn, and I’ve also babysat a lot of my little cousins. This included changing diapers, making bottles, cooking food, and being a fun babysitter! I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I’m currently studying Biology to become a future dentist. I hold a clean background check as well as a clean driving record. I am not CPR/First-Aid certified, but I’m willing to take a class and get certified if you prefer.
