Hello! My name is Kaylynn and I’m 31 years old and I work in early learning at Christ United Methodist Church. I am an assistant teacher and work in all of the rooms (ages 6 weeks to 5 years old). I have babysat since I was 12 years old and it is now my job to take care of children. I have my CDA which is a child development associate. I really love doing crafts, science, and baking with the children in my care.

As a self-motivated and organized professional I have spent around 7 years caring for children of various ages. My responsibilities have included feeding, changing, cleaning, coordinating activities, teaching, and being a role model to my students. Through this job I have gained expertise in guiding young children to cultivate their thinking and behavioral patterns. Hi! I am a Purdue student studying Biology, and I plan to go into further schooling to become a Pediatric Ultrasound tech or Nurse. I love being surrounded by kids. Growing up, I was always playing with my three sisters and my younger cousins. We would always play different dress up or active games. At Purdue, I am also in College Mentors for Kids, where I get paired with an elementary student. We do activities to inspire learning and explore opportunities for the kids. I am also involved in Special Olympics, where I get to play sports with different people. I love being able to bring equal opportunities and enjoyment to all people. On my off time, I enjoy being active outside and cooking food. I am BLS (basic life support) certified, and I have lots of patience with kids. I also enjoy being around dogs (I am allergic to cats). Hi! I’m Fatouma, a recent Purdue grad with a degree in Psychological Sciences and a lifelong love for working with children. I’ve been babysitting since I was 9, helping out with younger cousins, family friends, and neighbors. I started getting paid for sitting at 14 and haven’t stopped since! I'm Christiana! I am currently a second year college student at Purdue University studying Health Sciences. I have worked with kids in the past, as a summer camp counselor and before/after school care worker for the past couple of summers. I am CPR trained and have experience with first aid. I am open to caring for kids toddler aged and up, but have the most experience with elementary-aged children.

I love teaching children basic education as well as implementing fun activities. I’m very creative. I naturally have always been great with and love children of all ages since growing up an only child.
