Hello, my name is Kara, and I am 26 years old. I currently work full time as a nanny for a local family, and love my job! I'm currently looking for additional opportunities. I'm available most evenings and weekends. I have ~10 years of paid experience, working with kids of all ages. I've worked multiple childcare jobs, as a summer camp lead counselor, specialized paraprofessional, daycare teacher, before/ after school coordinator, and babysitter/ nanny. I have experience with individuals with special/sensory needs, feeding, bathing, toileting/changing, and overnight experience. Hi! I am Shyanne Gardner and am attending Grace college. I have been babysitting for 4 years now for different families. The one that I have stuck the longest with has been the entire 4 years. They have a special needs little girl and a son. I met them when their girl was 1 and their son was 3. I have stayed with their children overnight before as well. I have babysat for many children in my church and family as well. I usually am at a home for about 8-10 hours, but I am open to anything, even overnights if needed. I have previously been CPR certified, and given minimal first aid training. I am 20 years old and have worked with multiple special needs children for years as well. I am prepared to fix meals, bathe your children, and put them to bed/ get them ready for the day. I make sure to play with the children I am watching as well, and I try really hard to make sure that I am not on my phone while there, but will always have it on in case! I hope that you will consider me to watch your child(ren), and they will be completely safe with me! My schedule is pretty booked right now, but I will have opening in the 3rd week of May!!
