Hi! My name is Emily and I am currently working towards going back to college but in the meantime I would love to help anyone in need as I have a lot of time on my hands. I absolutely love to be around kids. I have experience in babysitting ages 3 months to 15 year olds. I can cook, clean, run errands, and also have no allergies to any pets and can care for them as well if needed. I have interned and been employed at Elwood Elementary School working with children K-4th grade!

I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I am currently in PA school, and prior to that, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children of all ages, especially those with autism and other special needs. This experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding children’s individual needs and providing effective, compassionate care. I have hands-on experience working with children with diverse needs, including behavior management and structured learning techniques. I also have skills in food preparation, basic sign language, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children. My training as an RBT has equipped me to handle various situations calmly and effectively.

I’m currently a senior at Ball State and I am only taking one class. I’m majoring in hospitality and have been working in different areas within the field. Throughout all my jobs I’ve had I’ve found a love for being able to take care of kids. I can’t wait to be a mom myself! I’ve got a flexible schedule each week. I love being active and learning new things. I love Jesus and spend part of my time being a leader for Delight ministries at Ball State two nights a week.
