I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old, doesn't that sound funny! I have a ton of child care experience from being an Aupair in Rome and Paris for two Summers to a substitute teacher ages k-12. I have experience with infants and everything that comes with that, diapers, bottles, and all. As well as watched 7 kids at a time on a weekly basis. Being around children is very inspiring and sharing knowledge and creativity is a passion of mine. As a Summer camp instructor for ceramics studios and art schools I set the curriculum for various age groups from 4-17 years old. They enjoy activities like claymation, creating their own wizard and fairy houses, and wheel throwing (teaching 20 kids how to throw on the wheel is not easy, but never a dull moment!) I can help tutor your child due to my background in public schools and also find fun creative things to do. I love to be active, like hike, dance, swim, roller-skate and of-course fort-build. I'm an artist so painting, sculpting, drawing and even cooking are passions of mine. If you have a pet I have lots of experience taking care of my own animals, cats and dogs, as well as other peoples pets. I am a very tidy person and am available to clean and organize your house if requested.

Hello! My name is Greta and I in my third year of school at University of Cincinnati, majoring in neuroscience with the tentative goal to become a pediatric doctor. Outside of school I like to paint, draw, and sculpt, and I run a very small business selling clay pieces (it's very new and definitely still experimental, but fun!). I babysat for nine years back home in Cleveland and I have been lucky enough to babysit/nanny for some other wonderful families here in Cincinnati over the past two and a half years as well! Between the 30+ families I have worked with, I have experience with all ages from 5 week olds through 14 year olds. I have worked as a summer nanny for six years now, and I have continued to babysit on weekdays and weekends whenever I can! I am CPR certified and actually taught first aid for three years back home in Cleveland, and I stay up-to-date on all the safety recommendations and procedures. I love to cook/bake and I love to turn it into a kid-friendly activity, I tutored throughout high school so I'm happy to help with homework, and I grew up playing sports and spending most of my time outdoors so I'm very comfortable on that front as well! I have a reliable car and am willing to commute and transport children whenever necessary. Through the years I have worked for families with dogs, cats, lizards, Guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, snakes, hermit crabs, turtles, birds, and fish. I have two cats back home in Cleveland and one little kitten who lives with me here in Cincinnati :) I grew up going to a Montessori school, so my mindset when working with children is to facilitate learning and independence in every possible situation. Communication is key both between parents and caregivers in a professional sense, and between caregivers and children in the sense that we are all able to express feelings, needs, and reasoning through words. I also grew up in a no-screens during the week household so I know how to come up with creative activities to entertain kids outside of a tv or tablet! I do enjoy the occasional movie night or video game sesh too :) My favorite part about working with children is watching them make connections. I have found that being with children gives me a new perspective on seemingly mundane aspects of life, and I thoroughly enjoy watching and helping them learn and grow. Please reach out if my profile feels right for your family :)

I have been in the childcare business for over 20 years. I've worked in several daycare facilities and preschools as well as working for private families and groups. For 7 years I ran my own in home daycare but ended up closing it due to covid and at the same time birthing my daughter. I have recently moved, the covid pandemic is behind us hopefully and I have reopened my in-home daycare so I can continue doing what I love. I have basically raised so many children from infancy through their school years and consider them to be my adopted children. Childcare is a passion of mine that will never leave me, its here to stay.

Hello! I am a 31 year old teacher currently living in Cincinnati, OH. In high school I took ECE 1 & ECE 2 . During that time I had two internships that each last for a year. One at a Montessori school, and one at a preschool. I was able to work with different ages of children learning their individual developments for their age groups. I also was able to get hands on experience in the special needs classroom, and was even able to be apart of the special Olympia’s which was such an honor. After graduation I decided to go to school and also get more experience working at a preschool between the infant- 4 year old room for about a year. After, I started working at an academy k-12 school where I got to experience different ages on another scale. I'm reliable, dedicated, and I absolutely love what I do. It comes naturally to me. I love knowing that I'm the one who can turn their day around with the things that I teach and instill within them. I currently teach at a learning center but my availability and willingness to do something more personal and help others is very open. CPR & First aid verified; COVID Vaccinated.
