I have been part of the baby cuddler program at Baystate Franklin Medical Center for 10+ years supporting high needs newborns and their moms. It has been an incredibly rich and rewarding experience. I am a full-time infant teacher at a day centre and love my job as I’ve always known I wanted to work with kids and it stems from when my family first adopted my little brother and we assisted in his orphanage.
