Hello I was a full time nanny for 9.5 years, in Plano, Tx in 1990s. I very much enjoy taking care of babies, up to older children. I have babysat for co-workers children, in addition to Admin jobs I held @ the time. I returned to nanny care in 07-08, in Houston Tx. I have taken care of twins & worked Overnight care. Through this site I have babysat 2 young boys as in April 2014. I also worked as a night shift nanny-picking boys up from school, dinner, baths, bedtime. Austin, Tx 2017, I watched a newborn until he was 1.5 years old & still babysat and helped the mom with housekeeping, up until my move in 2023 out of state. 2018 I started with another babysitting job that during Covid, became full-time. I then additionally started taking care of their second baby. All in all, I worked for the same family in Austin, Tx 2018 through 2022. I have excellent references upon request. I’ve since moved to Amesbury Massachusetts in June 2023 and I am now ready to look for a 20 to 25hrs. weekly, Nanny care or babysitting job for one infant-toddler-newborn. Always up to date with CPR/First Aid. I have references in Austin Tx., up until I moved to Amesbury, MA (June 2023), as well as my Nanny/babysitting jobs. References upon request. I will make meal prep for the child Im taking care of. I will stay for overnight care if needed-if parents travel for work, or work a night shift. Pet friendly-I have cats & love dogs. https://www.sittercity.com/babysitters/babysitters-rate-calculator.html Rates I use the babysitting rate calculator depending on your ZIP code.10+ years experience. Jennifer has been so amazing to our family! She is very loving to our 7 year old son and so caring to our golden doodle. She is extremely prompt with answering messages and often can do last minute walks with our dog Sophia or date night babysitting. I highly recommend!

I hold a degree in Child Development and Early Childhood Education and have extensive experience working with children. From 2009 to 2019, I taught preschool-aged children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and personalized care. In 2019 and 2021, I worked as a Head Camp Counselor at a Girl Scout Camp, where I planned and led programs to create a fun and enriching environment. In 2022, I was promoted to Program Manager at the camp, further expanding my leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, I have hands-on experience as a nanny for two children, ages 2 and 4, and babysat for a family with a toddler from 2022 until the end of January. My responsibilities include preparing simple meals, assisting with potty training, and keeping the child engaged through indoor and outdoor activities. During the spring I babysat a one year old a few times. This summer I have been babysitting a six and ten year old. I also babysat 20 month year old twins a few times recently. Working with children has always been my passion, and I am currently seeking a babysitting position a few days during the week with preschool or elementary-aged children. My goal is to provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for the children in my care.

Stephanie has come over a few times to help me with my 13mo old daughter while I work from home. Stephanie is incredibly sweet and polite and plays so well with her. I was truly impressed with how well my daughter took to her as she hasn't had many sitters at all, they played so well together while I worked and I appreciate her help so much. I would consider Stephanie very reliable.

Jenna really is like family. So comfortable as soon as she came to meet the girls, she just fit right in with us. She checks every single box a parent would want, and yes checks all the background checks!! Very laid back, supportive, easy going, creative, loved how interactive and playful she was, loved her initiative with them both, the planning and ideas and conversations kept flowing. She taught my youngest a new word just on the first meet. I'm so excited to work with her, if ever needed in the future. Neither of my girls were shy and this is their first sitter we are all nervous, but it was comforting to see how easy and comfortable this was. I would highly recommend her again and again to everyone, she is extremely family oriented, really has a genuine knack with children, her upbringing, social, sweet, responsible, obvious big heart self, she let my oldest take over the interview and Jenna is an open book! Can't believe we found her, she's a gem! 11/10.

I've worked in childcare since sophomore year of high-school doing after school programs and babysitting. I am CPR certified and have plenty of experience with children from infant to middle school, as well as children with autism and other neurodiversities. I firmly believe in patience, calm voices, and creative solutions when working with children. I like to meet kids where they're at and form trust between us so we can get along well and respect one another. Currently, I am 25 and looking to work with younger children of smaller families as I am dealing with difficulty working due to Ehlers Danlos and other disabilities. I can hold babies, change diapers, make bottles and cook, play, and put kids down for nap, but struggle with lots of running and very active play due to my physical limitations, as well as long hours or several work days back to back. I am also trans and would like to work with welcoming and accepting families of the lgbt community.

We had Reese come to take care of our cats, and he was awesome! One of our cats it diabetic and needs an insulin injection with his meals while the other has anxiety and usually takes a while to warm up to new people, and both seemed to do really well with him. Reese was also very communicative and gave us the kitty updates, we always appreciate.

Abigail helped my family between January and May of 2025. She was amazing with my kids and they naturally bonded with her. She helped tutor each child based on their needs in English and Math (1st grader, 3rd grader, and 5th grader), and was a wonderful influence on them and their behavior. She helped with errands when needed such as groceries, Dr appointments, and even did some light cleaning. She helped ensure my kids did their homework when they got home and their chores as needed. She provided sufficient communication on her availability, confirmed pickup logistics each week, and was very dependable and on time. She was a delight to work with, hope she will return to help the family out in the future, and you would be lucky to have her as a sitter.

We had a great experience with Julia with our 10 month old daughter. We used Julia while we were visiting from out of town. We spoke on the phone and I spoke with a reference that had good experience as well. Julia was on time, very friendly and personable and a good communicator. I’d use Julia again if I were from the area.

Hi, my name is Laiane. I am 32 years old and I have strong experience caring for young children, especially babies and toddlers. I currently work full time with a family and have been with their child since he was 8 months old. He is now 3 years and 4 months old, so I have supported his development through many important stages, including introducing solid foods, sleep routines, walking, language development, potty training, and daily learning activities. I truly enjoy being part of a child’s growth process and creating a safe and positive environment for them. I am responsible, calm, attentive, and very committed to the families I work with. I also have experience helping with meals, bath time, routines, playtime, and organizing activities appropriate for each age. I am originally from Brazil. I speak Portuguese (native), English (intermediate), and conversational Spanish. I communicate well with children and families from different backgrounds. I have First Aid training, I am vaccinated, and I can provide references from families I have worked with. Currently, I am looking for occasional babysitting opportunities on weekends.
