Hello there, I am an experienced and educated childcare provider who has over 14 years of hands-on experience and a genuine love of children and their development. I have worked with children from birth through 17 years of age in various roles, but primarily in-home - providing support to the family unit and focusing on developmental support. I am college educated in Early Education, with a minor in special education that allows me the knowledge and experience to provide added support in the reaching of milestones and/or special challenges if they arise or become an area of concern. I have experience working with Early Intervention and can assist with Speech or Occupational concerns as well as ABA and sensory seeking behavioral supports with or without guidance. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as various allergy training certifications and a complex pediatric Diabetes training completion through the Joslin center in Boston. A clean background check, clear driving record and reputable references are available upon request. With my childcare services you can expect my willingness to commit to household management as well as pet care and to provide the absolute best and thorough attention to your bundles of joy as if they were my own. If you are looking to add a member to your childcare village, please reach out and we can set up a time to connect. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Britni

I really enjoy kids! They are naturally authentic and interested in the world. I studied Math and Education in college, and got teaching experience in classrooms ranging from kindergarten to high school. I got certified to teach secondary math, and went on to do a year of Americorps service after college. I moved to Boston in 2007 and began babysitting until I figured out what was next. I enjoyed what I was doing so much that I went on to become a full time nanny the following year. I worked for three years for a family with three children- ages 2, 5, and 7 when I started. After the youngest was off to kindergarten, I took a new position, a nanny share caring for two 2-year old girls. I’ve also babysat for multiple families over the years ranging from overnights with infant twins to school vacation help for 12-year olds. I taught the preschool class at my church for 5 years as well. In October 2012, I had a daughter of my own! I began bringing her along to babysitting/ nanny positions, which worked out quite well. In 2019, after working as a nanny/ babysitter for 12 years, I transitioned to teaching. I worked as an assistant in a combined Pre-K/Kindergarten class for four years before becoming the lead teacher of a separate Pre-K class. I had another daughter in January 2024 and am currently exploring babysitting positions where I can bring my 2-year old daughter along, especially in the summer months when I’m not teaching.

Hi! I'm Kylie Marshall, I am a senior at UMASS Boston. I am 22 and live in Sudbury, MA. My college courses are all virtual, which gives me a lot of flexibility for work! | Experience | - 9 years of babysitting/nannying (2 months - 12 yrs) - 3 summers of camp counseling (4 yrs - 15 yrs) - 7 years of lifeguarding (all ages) - 7 years of swim instructing (3 months - 15 yrs) - 5 years as a team swimming coach (6 yrs -16 yrs). - Most recently, My most recent employment has been working with a 2 month old, 1.5 year old, and a 4 year old girls as their nanny! | Certification | - First Aid - AED - CPR - Lifeguarding - Water Safety Instruction - EMT License in progress | Approach to Childcare | My greatest strength in this line of work is being able to make anything fun. I have a ton of energy, especially for things like going outside, running around, and playing imaginative games. I also like to make space for creativity and expression with art, crafts, and music. Nourishing a child's free spirit is especially important to me. I like to support and teach where I can while also making sure to leave room for independence and exploration. Helping kids establish their autonomy and learn to set boundaries is important to me. I encourage a gentle and kind attitude toward the self and others. My goal is always to find a way to make every day memorable, and to connect with the kids I work with in a way that fosters genuine trust and love. It is an honor to get to be one of their grown ups and to watch them grow into who they are! I am excited to find a family that I can work with long-term and form genuine connections with!

Helping cultivate children's development, growth, and building their interests is priority. Instilling confidence, self-awareness, and sense of safety and love are vital. I mold my teaching style to each family and child's needs to provide the best learning environment for them. Every child and family have different needs and goals which I work with as a unit, it takes a village right! I have experience with at home private care, as well as center-based care. Alli has been an absolute godsend to our family. When my husband and I moved to Concord at the tail end of the COVID pandemic, we were overwhelmed with the challenge of finding reliable childcare. I had just returned to work after maternity leave with our second child, and Alli was able to step in seamlessly from day one. It quickly became clear that Alli’s superpower is working with children. Our two-year-old son and three-month-old daughter connected with her immediately. She handled early challenges—like our daughter refusing bottles—with calm confidence and patience, all while navigating a full-time, work-from-home household. Remarkably, our daughter began taking bottles on Alli’s very first day. Over the past four years, Alli has truly become part of our family. She has supported our children through every stage of their development with thoughtfulness and care. From managing nap schedules (and sleep regressions) to guiding potty training, school pickups and drop-offs, and helping build early reading and math skills, Alli approaches every aspect of her role with intention. She consistently creates engaging, age-appropriate activities and makes it a priority to get the kids outside and active in all seasons. She is more than just a caretaker; she is a teacher and friend. What sets Alli apart most is her deep commitment to the children in her care. Our son has severe food allergies, and Alli has always been exceptionally diligent—carefully managing his meals and ensuring his EpiPen is always on hand. She is a fierce advocate for our children’s safety and well-being, and we have complete trust and peace of mind when they are with her. As our youngest begins school, we are sadly transitioning away from full-time care. We cannot recommend Alli highly enough—she brings warmth, reliability, and a rare level of dedication that will be deeply missed by our family.

I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I tried a few different jobs during my early twenties and found caregiving kind of by accident but have loved ever second of it. I love how everyday is different and exciting, and working with kids is so much fun. I mean who wouldn't want to go to work and laugh everyday. I try to keep things interesting for the kids I'm working with as well, by trying to get out of the house and do fun activities or even try to find fun games to play around the house. I have worked with a wide range of clients from brand new newborns to older children as well as a few jobs with the elderly. I am a hard worker who is always willing to go the extra mile for my clients, I believe that I'm there to help make the parents lives a little less stressful so I'm always willing to lend a hand with housework or errands, driving from place to place for pick ups/drop offs.

I have extensive babysitting experience, to include raising two teenage twins. I absolutely love children and how their innocence and communication can brighten even the darkest of days! I have excellent references with families from past and present experiences, and I welcome any and all questions to ensure the comfortability of, for the lack of wording, “holding your entire world in my hands”!
