I have been part of the baby cuddler program at Baystate Franklin Medical Center for 10+ years supporting high needs newborns and their moms. It has been an incredibly rich and rewarding experience. Before that I worked with middle and high school students in Austria, and before that I babysat for a wide range of ages, worked as a substitute teacher, and was an assistant teacher at an elementary after school program.
