Hi I have been working with children for about 10 years and have worked with several orgs regarding childcare like big brothers big sisters, corporate kids events, and Campfire Patuxent located in Greenbelt. I was also a childcare assistant working with toddlers and infants so I know the ropes when working with all ages. If you want to talk more feel free to message me!

Hi! I’m Olivia, a freshman at Morgan State University in Baltimore Maryland, originally from California I will be returning to california May 14th , with four years of paid childcare experience. I truly enjoy spending time with kids and helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. I’m currently in school to become a nurse, and I would love to be a labor and delivery nurse. I’ve worked as a part-time cooking teacher for children in pre-K through sixth grade, where I led creative, hands-on classes that helped me develop strong skills in keeping kids engaged, happy, and learning. In addition to my paid experience, I’ve had extensive informal experience caring for my 8-year-old younger brother and several younger cousins, so I’m very comfortable working with children of different ages and personalities. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, dependable, patient, and always bring a positive attitude. Whether it’s crafts, playtime, homework help, or bedtime routines, I’m ready to jump in and help make your day a little easier!

Hi! I’m Theresa, a nurturing and reliable caregiver with over 10 years of childcare experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I’ve worked with families in Arkansas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, providing full-time, part-time, and homework/homeschooling support. My approach is inspired by the Montessori method — encouraging independence, creativity, and confidence through hands-on learning and gentle structure. I love setting up engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that spark curiosity and joy while maintaining a calm, organized routine. I bring patience and consistency to every day. I previously worked as an assistant teacher at a Montessori school, and I hold a B.A. from Thomas More College of Liberal Arts. We miss Theresa very much! I cannot recommend our aftercare in-house nanny highly enough. From January through June, she provided exceptional care for my son and quickly became an invaluable part of our daily routine, and our family. She was consistently punctual, dependable, and incredibly attentive. I always felt at ease knowing my son was in her care, as she demonstrated a genuine interest in his well-being, growth, and happiness. Her patience, kindness, and ability to engage with him in a meaningful way truly set her apart. Beyond her professionalism, she is honest, fair, and operates with great integrity. She communicated openly and handled every situation with thoughtfulness and care, which built a strong sense of trust between us. What began as a childcare arrangement turned into something much more. She became a trusted presence in our home and a positive influence in my son’s life. Any family would be fortunate to have her support and care for their child. Thank you, Theresa.

Rosanna is a dream. She was our nanny for our two little ones for the last 3 years. She started with us when our oldest was 3 months old and was there when we had our 2nd baby. Rosanna has all the qualities you could hope for in a caregiver: gentle, patient, firm when needed, and deeply understanding of the delicate balance it takes to raise children. What stood out the most was how easy she was to work with. As first-time parents, navigating the challenges of raising children can be overwhelming but Rosanna consistently provided us with unwavering support. She listened carefully and adapted to our parenting style, and gave us the space to figure things out on our own without judgement. Her presence was a comfort and relief and her guidance was always encouraging. When we moved, her commute increased by nearly an extra hour each way. Despite this added challenge, she graciously continued working with us for 3 additional months to help transition our youngest before daycare began. Her dedication and commitment to our family during this time speaks volume about her character and work ethic. We are so grateful for the love, care, and professionalism she brought to her role. She has made an indelible mark on our family and we will always cherish the time she spent with us. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny who is not only skilled and reliable but also kind-hearted and understanding.

Kel helped us out on weekdays for a month (Jan. 2022) when we were in a bind. She was wonderful and we really miss her! She was so patient with the kids (5 and almost 2) and kept them safe. She loved playing with them and knew how to set appropriate boundaries when their behavior slipped. She did very well sticking to their schedule and keeping them in their routine. My family greatly benefited from her help and the kids loved her. Her education background really came through in using different communication strategies and educational activities with the kids. I could tell she truly enjoys working with children. Don’t miss the opportunity to have her work with your child!

Jess cared for our two daughters and was truly amazing throughout every stage. She cared for our youngest from the newborn stage through toddlerhood and was also a huge help with our older daughter. She provided loving, reliable care, always kept us updated and made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. Leaving my girls in someone else’s care caused me a lot of anxiety at first but Jess eased that anxiety right away with her warmth, communication and genuine care. Jess is patient, nurturing, dependable and truly cares for the children she watches. We only ended care because we moved out of state. We would absolutely recommend her to any family looking for an amazing nanny! We miss her so much and are even planning to meet up for lunch next month with the girls. That’s how much our family loves her!
