I am a mom of 2 amazing boys, one with special needs. While they are in school I would love to care for your little one. I have worked with children for over 25 years. Most recently I ran a summer camp out of my home for just under 20 children and I currently do after school care. I am also a substitute teacher. This will be my 14th year subbing. Past experience includes running our local recreation department for 8 years and working in a few different daycares. I have attended many trainings and continue to keep up my CEUs. I have been certified in first aid and CPR for years yet recently it has lapsed. I am currently looking to get recertified. Please contact me with any questions.

Hi im Mackenzie im a 19 year old stay at home mom to a 2 year old and have 3 younger siblings I’ve been babysitting since I was 14. My mom always tells me that kids love me because every time we’re at an event all the kids migrate towards me. I’m more available for date night and occasional babysitting.

I am certified in CPR and first aid through red Cross. Along with babysitting children since I was about 15 years old (9 years) I have also worked several years in a daycare, worked as a nanny, and helped out in several different children's programs. Most of my babysitting jobs included doing a bedtime routine so I am used to reading bedtime stories, making sure the children get baths, and so on. I have also worked a couple jobs cooking and like to involve the children with making food as well. Working with children is what gives me the greatest joy. I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and getting to know their individual personalities. I love being someone they can feel comfortable and safe around, while also making sure they have fun and feel cared for. Some of my favorite parts of babysitting are playing games, doing activities together, helping with homework, and being part of their everyday routines. I’ve always loved being around kids, which is one of the reasons I plan to pursue a career in pediatric occupational therapy. I hope to eventually work with children in a healthcare setting, so I really value every opportunity I have to learn from and connect with kids. Babysitting has been especially rewarding for me because I get to build relationships with children and help them feel supported, confident, and comfortable. I also have two younger cousins who I have helped care for as a mother's helper. Through that experience, I learned how to care for children from 0-2 years old, where I developed a lot of my foundational skills. I have also had the opportunity to babysit for a family with three children, which I absolutely loved. Caring for multiple children at once helped me become more organized, patient, and confident while making sure each child received individual attention. I really enjoyed getting to know the kids and becoming someone they were comfortable spending time with. I would describe myself as responsible, patient, caring, dependable, and attentive. I’m comfortable caring for multiple children and understand the importance of paying attention to each child's individual needs and personality. My experience with my younger sisters, cousins, and the family I babysat for has helped me develop strong skills. I’m comfortable following parents’ routines and instructions and understand how important it is to communicate with parents about their children. I also have a strong interest in child development because of my goal of working in pediatric OT. I’m genuinely interested in helping children learn, grow, become more independent, and feel confident in themselves. Most importantly, I want the children I care for to feel safe, heard, and cared for while their parents are away. It is extremely important for me to make their environment as enjoyable, comfortable and fun as I can.

Hiii! My name is Elana! I’m 22 I have 5 years of experience as the head teacher in a toddler room, along with 2 years of experience nannying and babysitting before that. Hello!!! I have been a nanny for a little boy for 2 years. He was 5 months when I started. They are Drs and will be having the summer off and the unfortunately moving to Naples in September.
