I have a degree in Early Childhood Ed and Visual arts, and have been an after school art teacher teaching k-5 and a substitute teacher for this past year. I have 10 years experience in childcare including nannying, babysitting, teaching, daycare work, with kids from newborns-11 years old. I love making art with kids, crafts are my speciality and I'm a big believer in the benefits art has to all other developmental areas. I am certified in CPR and first aid through red Cross. Along with babysitting children since I was about 15 years old (9 years) I have also worked several years in a daycare, worked as a nanny, and helped out in several different children's programs. Most of my babysitting jobs included doing a bedtime routine so I am used to reading bedtime stories, making sure the children get baths, and so on.
