I have a college education in childcare development and I bring a great amount of knowledge and care to each role. I was a day care teacher in the UK and took care of babies from new born to 5 years old and after school programs where children aged up to 7. Jan 2022- Oct 2023, I was as an au pair for almost 2 years and I currently work with multiple families one being everyday and others being occasionally. I am very good at multitasking many children at one since working in day cares required so. My role includes a lot of responsibilities including school drop offs, driving to activities, laundry, sleep training, dinner preps, bottle cleaning/feeding and more.

That included evening and occasional care for children diagnosed with autism, postnatal care, mommy’s helper, and date night sitters for children as young as 4 weeks to as old as 13yrs. ________________ I coached hockey and figure skating to kids from 3 to 16 yrs old, and helped run an afterschool skating program with the YMCA and Boys & Girls Club in Hartford, CT for several years. ________________ Asside from my knowledge from prior childcare experience and professional degrees, I am very professional, honest, ethical, loving, outdoorsy, and excel at active engagement with children. I enjoy incorporating educational components into everyday play, activities, and sports.

I’m a nursing student at Michigan State University and have worked as a Medical Assistant in a busy healthcare setting, so I’m used to staying calm, organized, and responsible even when things get hectic. I’m CPR and BLS certified, and that training has really helped me feel confident when it comes to safety and responding quickly if something unexpected happens. I’ve babysat for a family with two kids and a dog, where I helped with everyday routines like meals, playtime, and keeping the kids entertained and on track. I’m also comfortable with pets and used to juggling a few things at once while still keeping everything running smoothly. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids—playing, talking, and keeping things fun but structured. I’m dependable, easygoing, and really focused on making sure kids are safe, happy, and well cared for while parents feel completely at ease.

Hi there, I am a momma of two sweet boys, ages 1 and 5 years old and one fur baby! I have my elementary teaching license with 8 year experience in the classroom classroom. With that being said, I am creating a supplimental arts and craft program for local preschool and elementary aged children on the weekends. This will be directed through my preschool childcare program ‘ Mrs. Darnall’s Little Learners’. I am nearing the end of the licensing process for my preschool, so that will be coming soon this fall! In the mean time, I will be doing a flexible summer childcare program with both half and full day options for children aged 2-5. The program has limited spots to ensure that a small-group setting can be provided. After completing my masters degree in Poland , I worked as a math teacher at boarding school, where I also supervised the students. In 1986 , I immigrated to the USA and worked asca nanny before getting married and starting a family of ny own. Ever since my youngest went to middle school, I have beena kindergarden and preschool assistant teachet as well as a private nanny . I have a great experience and good referenes.

I grew up in a very large family, growing up I always had a cousin or relative watching us and it helped all of us kids feel safe. That’s what I want to be for your kids, someone that makes them feel safe. I also love the outdoors and want to spend as much time outside as possible. I babysat growing up and I have also worked at a pediatric dental office. Working with kids all day really showed me how different everyone can be. Each kid has their own personality and things they may struggle with but I am willing to help them be the best version of themself. While working in a pediatric office I became CPR certified for all ages and know the basics of first aid as well.
