I have had the opportunity to be a primary childcare provider at a daycare working inside their infant room. While there, I was responsible for four infants, ages one year and younger, full-time. Along with that, I have been a weekly volunteer in nurseries, daycares, and events for children and youth at my attending church, for the last ten years. Hi there! I’m a child development and public advocacy major at Michigan Sate University with nearly 5 years of childcare experience. From 2016-2017 I worked as an intern and teacher aid for a kindergarten class room and from 2017-2019 I worked at an in home center. At first, I was hired as an assistant teacher but was promoted in my last year to assistant director. After a difficult goodbye in 2019, I then worked as a nanny for 2 boys ages 4 and 18 months until I eventually moved out of state from Michigan to Massachusetts at the end of 2019.
