That being said, I'm not just about school and homework! I love playing games with kids and seeing how their imaginations expand just by having fun. I believe in engaging kids' creativity in a variety of ways (especially beyond the gadgets world!)--for example, with story games, board games, outdoor games, coloring, and, frankly, anything we can dream up on the fly! I'm as comfortable playing princesses as I am super heroes, and I'm at ease around kids of all ages (I'm the oldest of six kids, so to say I'm used to working with different creative styles is at best an understatement. :)). I have experience taking care of everyone from infants to teenagers, so I'm just as composed changing a diaper as I am bonding with a 7th grader about the pressures of middle school. That diversity of encounter is a huge part of why I love working with kids.
