Hi! My name is Alexis I am currently a college student studying psychology. I have hands-on experience working as an assistant caregiver for foster care families, where I developed strong skills in nurturing, supporting, and engaging with children from various backgrounds. On top of that, I have experience babysitting elementary-age kids. In addition to my caregiving experience, I am a certified child tutor, which allows me to assist children with their educational needs in a fun and interactive way. I also have over 100 hours of volunteer experience at the Family Literacy Center, where I worked with children and families to promote learning and literacy development. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and positive environment for your children, whether helping with homework, engaging in creative activities, or simply offering a caring presence when you need a break. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your family!

Hi! I’m currently 18 years old looking for a full time nannying role. I grew up with 5 younger siblings so I know how to take care off all age groups. Though I am not CPR/First Aid Certified, I was in a public safety class for 2 years so I know how to do both. I’m looking forward to growing with your family!

I love working with kids, and I have a lot of experience doing just that. As a college student, my job during the school is year is to be a literacy tutor for elementary students. I frequently go to elementary schools and help kid improve their literacy and comprehension skills, and I also work at a family learning institute where I frequently help kids with their homework. Additionally, I often volunteer at the local library tutor center to help students with their homework or just to talk with them while they wait for parents to pick them up. Working with kids has taught me that patience and understanding are very necessary skills to have. I believe that I have these skills, and I can be firm when necessary with children but also know the importance of being caring and gentle with kids. I truly love working kids and find that it is such a rewarding experience. It is so exciting to see kids learning or just having fun. I pride myself on being a very responsible and organized individual, and I would bring these skills when working with your child.

I’ve been an elementary teacher for over 30 years and am also a proud mom of three. I absolutely love being a sitter because it lets me watch children learn, grow, and explore through play. Helping kids discover new things in a fun, caring environment is one of my favorite parts of what I do. In addition to teaching, I work as an after-school tutor and hold a ZA endorsement, which has strengthened my knowledge of early childhood development. I bring patience, dependability, and a genuine love for children to every family I work with. My goal is always to create a safe, engaging space where kids can feel happy, confident, and curious.

Hello! My name is Tyler and I'm in my mid-twenties. To be upfront and honest, I don't necessarily have *paid* child and pet care experience but I grew up with a decent sized family and plenty of pets. I am the oldest of 5 children, with the youngest child currently being 12 years old. My parents constantly worked when my siblings and I were younger so naturally, I was their free babysitter since the age of 9. This means I have cared for multiple children in all different stages of life at once for much of my life. And because of this, I feel I have developed a motherly and teacher-like nature since a young age. Even with my current job as a manager, a lot of my coworkers (who are younger than me) make comments about me being a "work parent." I am constantly teaching, directing, and giving advice to my "work children" not just because it's a part of my job but because I care for them and their growth as if they were my own. I hope that it can be seen that while I don't have professional/paid experience, my life experience can still be strong enough to speak for itself.

I grew up in a very large family, growing up I always had a cousin or relative watching us and it helped all of us kids feel safe. That’s what I want to be for your kids, someone that makes them feel safe. I also love the outdoors and want to spend as much time outside as possible. I babysat growing up and I have also worked at a pediatric dental office. Working with kids all day really showed me how different everyone can be. Each kid has their own personality and things they may struggle with but I am willing to help them be the best version of themself. While working in a pediatric office I became CPR certified for all ages and know the basics of first aid as well.
