I’ve always been passionate about caring for kids and am excited to make it my full or part time job. I’m first aid/CPR certified (Adult, Child and Infant), have a year of paid experience, my own car with a clean driving record, and am a certified safe sleep ambassador. With my knowledge of how best to support children’s development in every domain, I’m able to provide a professional and nurturing approach to nannying. My schedule is fully flexible. Hi! My name is Ella! I am from Grand Ledge, Michigan and have been nannying for over 2 years! I graduated from Grand Ledge High School in 2022, and have been nannying since! I was a varsity softball player for 4 years and worked with a lot of younger girls which made me realize how much I love working with kids and being a good role model! Nannying has definitely kept me active and on my toes which I absolutely love!

Throughout high school I had various babysitting jobs with family/friends, and coached volleyball and wrestling camps with 1st-8th grade children. Working with kids of all ages is simply fun! They engage with the world in unique ways and it's great getting to help them learn and grow as they're constantly exposed to new things. I have 7+ years working as a full time professional nanny. I have reared four infants into preschool and elementary. I love working with children and watching them develop into kind, well rounded humans with unique personalities. I have worked with children through out my whole career. I am currently employed at East Olive Elementary, certified as an Early Childhood Educator for ages newborn-3! (I also have experience within the school with young preschool ages). From my sophomore year - junior year of high school, I babysat twin infant girls too! I attend LCC online so I have a pretty flexible schedule + reliable transportation. In the spring and summer I love spending as much time as possible outside, but when the weather is crappy I love a day inside! I love being very present with children, if that means I’m simply eating a meal with them, to being active in playing with them!
