He was always eager to see her, talk to her, and play with her, from his earliest moments of being able to express these emotions. We have four older children as well and Heidi was always willing to help care for them if they had to stay home from school with a cold or illness. I am a dedicated and experienced nanny with 10 years of paid childcare experience. I have spent many years babysitting younger siblings/ families members as a teenager. I was a personal care assistant for a child on the autism spectrum for 3 years. Including getting him on and off the bus, making sure his homework was done, having meals prepared and helping with light housework. I am currently on my third year as a lead teacher at a daycare center, I typically work with toddlers but float around and help with all ages 6 weeks-6 years. .
