Hi! My name is Hailey, and I’ve been babysitting for over 3 years. I truly love working with kids—it’s so rewarding to be part of their growth and help create fun, safe, and positive experiences for them. I’ve cared for children of different ages, from toddlers to elementary schoolers, and I always bring patience, creativity, and a calm attitude. I’m trained in CPR and first aid, and I’m great at planning age-appropriate activities, sticking to routines, and handling the unexpected with care and responsibility. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with both kids and parents, and I always aim to make families feel confident and supported.

I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in College Student Affairs at MNSU, and am looking for families to help out during the summer while school is out of session. I have worked with kids for almost a decade, whether through babysitting, nannying, teaching swimming lessons, or providing behavioral therapy. I recently worked as a behavioral therapist at a school for children with autism, and gained a lot of experience working with children with disabilities, as well as my CPR and BLS certifications. I got married last August, and am excited to spend some time nannying for other families before I start my own.

I have babysat for countless family’s, some had only one child and others had 4, I started babysitting when I was about 14 and have continued to babysit since! I enjoy taking the kids outside and spending time doing things that they all enjoy doing! I have a bubbly personality and will make sure each kids I am taking care of feels important, safe and cared for! I love spending time outdoors, going on walks, riding bike and trying new things!

I am currently a senior at UW–Eau Claire pursuing a degree in Accounting and Business Management. I have one year of experience as a nanny and four years of babysitting, which have helped me develop strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. I come from a family of five and love the energy and connection that come with a full house. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, and spending time with friends and family.

I love being a sitter because of the relationships I build with the kids!! I am going to school right now to become a Kindergarten teacher. I also helped my grandma with her daycare through out my life. From infant, school age, as well as special needs. I also have worked at various child care centers. I have been working with kids ever since I can remember. In middle school I taught gymnastics and ice skating to children aged 3-12. I grew up in an in-home daycare that my mom ran and was always helping out. I would babysit every weekend in high school and have continued babysitting every no and again when I am home from college. Hi! I’m Ferhana, a Public Health major with a big heart for caregiving. I’ve had the joy of helping care for my newborn baby brother he’s just two months old! That experience has taught me so much about patience, responsibility, and the little things that keep babies happy and safe. Beyond infants, I love engaging with kids of all ages whether it’s helping with homework, making mealtime fun, or creating activities that keep them entertained. I know how important it is for parents to have a sitter they can trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I was a daycare provider, in my home, for 9 years while I raised my children. This was from 1995 to 2004. I then began a career working as a Social Worker for the elderly and Hospice. This last year, I worked as a School Social Worker in a middle school and then an elementary school.

I’ve been working with children since I was a teenager, and I’ve spent the last two years teaching at Montessori and Waldorf-style schools. I have experience with non-neurotypical children, and kids of all ages, including infants and tutoring up to high school.
