I did volunteer work in the church. For 3 years I took care of children of all ages at church. Babies from 6 months to 1 year, and children from 2 to 10 years. With the babies, I helped take care of them by giving them bottles, changing their diapers and putting them to sleep. When they were awake, they played games to stimulate the baby's skills, such as painting, playing Legos or watching cartoons on TV. With the older children I did activities that also stimulate their development, such as drawing and painting, playful games, I gave them snacks and was always there to give them all the support they needed, and it was really cool, because at the same time I taught them, I also learned from them. to be patient and empathetic and to understand their needs.

I am currently a part time tutor, my current nanny family is moving.I have availability for a pt nanny position. Preferably 2-3 days a week and date nights. I used to be a substitute special ed paraprofessional i also have experience as reading tutor in elementary schools. I have also worked as a nanny and a paraprofessional. I like to make crafts, bake and spend time outside. Looking to watch 1-2 children, am very low key, but yet really responsible, i like to keep the house clean and tidy for parents and love spending time with pets. I live in Albertville, i have been married 35 years and have 2 boys in their twenty's, we also have 2 small dogs.
