Hi, I'm Aubrey I am 19yrs old and work as an EMT part time and attend paramedic school full time and I am looking for a second source of income. I have always loved childcare and have been babysitting since I was around 12yrs old. I have experience with the age range of newborn-11yrs of age and also have experience watching multiples and siblings of different ages. I also can cook, do some housework, and drive children around as well if its needed/wanted. I am CPR certified and a licensed EMT. My schedule is ever changing so I don't have any set days I am free but I will do my best to work with you.

I come from a big family being the second youngest of 8, all of my older siblings are married and have kids. I enjoy my time with all of my nieces and nephews, they are my everything. I have babysat 3 girls for the last 2 summers in a row, they are now 4, 5, and 8. Over the summer, I would watch them Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. The hours would often vary depending on the parents work schedule, which I did not mind at all. While I would watch the kids, I would also plan out fun activities for us to enjoy throughout the day. I would also prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks for us, while keeping the house tidy and kept up with. I love being around, and with kids, while helping them learn basic useful skills that will be beneficial to them.

I have absolutely loved spending time with children, since I can remember. On Sundays I volunteer at my church in the children’s ministry. I take care of children from ages 0-7 but I am also trained to care for children older than that. I have cared for children since I was a teenager, occasionally babysitting for friends, and family. My favorite part about being a sitter is watching the children learn, and experience things for the first time. I am first aid and cpr certified through Antonia fire station, and have had experience with potty training.

While working, I would like to help others in caring for their children when needed. I love doing crafts and being engaged in any activity. I can help with homework as well. I have sat for a neighborhood couple who had a 5 month old son and a 1 yr old daughter, which were both left in my care on a continuous basis for about a year. I have 2 nieces, which I have sat for on a semi-continuous basis since they were newborns and they are now 13 and 14. I have also sat for a single mother whose 1 year old daughter I have cared for since she was a newborn. I have nannied for a couple who had a 2 year old boy and a 4 month old babygirl. I was a nanny for a family who had twins (boy,girl) and a 5 year old daughter. I was with this family for 2 years, but due to the father's job, they relocated to another state. I have an endless amount of experience with newborns/infants (even preemie). Anywhere from newborns/infants to toddler age is my preference but I do have experience with older kids. Majority of experience is with the younger age group!
