Hi, I’m Eiley! I’m almost 21 years old and have been a nanny for about 7 years. I’ve worked with children of all ages — from as young as 2–3 months old up to 19 years old, including children with disabilities and special needs. Most of my experience is with infants, toddlers, and young children under 5–6 years old, often caring for little siblings at the same time. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in social work. I have worked with children since I was 15, beginning with babysitting and continuing into professional roles. Two years ago, I began working at a mental health hospital, where I gained experience supporting individuals with mental health needs.
