I am from Moss Point, Ms and currently reside in Jackson, Ms. I graduated from Moss Point High in 2017 as number 8 in my class, most scholarship money accumulated (2 million dollars), hall of famer, national honors society, basketball captain, etc. I have attended Jones College, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and Jackson State University—where I have been on full ride athletic scholarships at each school. I currently attend Jackson State University, where I am enrolled in the Rehabilitation Counseling Masters program on academic scholarship; I also received my Bachelor’s of Science from JSU. I love kids! I love people in general! I have played basketball for the last 11 years of my life, took a season off, and will be pursuing my professional career overseas after this summer. I included that information just to say, I know and have what it takes to work with people—different personalities, different love languages, different requirements, etc. The differences we sustain are what makes us, us—that’s what so beautiful about getting to not only know this about others but also being in-tune with self in order to show up as needed. I was also employee of the month on two occasions. Children are the epitome of life, as I believe we are all still children in some way. A child will probably not remember many things but they will always remember how someone made them feel.
