Since that time, I've accumulated over two decades of diverse experience working with young children and their families as a preschool teacher, private nanny, and Early Learning Program administrator in our community. Some of my strengths as a caregiver include open/honest communication with families, maintaining a growth-mindset, creativity/imaginative play, de-escalation, outdoor learning, and household organization. I love pets/animals, spending time outside, music, messy art, and thrive when/where I can be helpful. Ideally, I'm looking for a family or families of infant/toddler aged children to sign on with for at least one year (up to three years, if it continues to feel like an awesome fit!) who need care during my posted open schedule.
