I have 4 years of experience with paid babysitting, as well as 15 years of experience watching kids of all ages (including infants) for family and friends. Last summer, I was a full time mountain bike lead camp counselor for 6-8 year olds, planning daily/weekly schedules and ensuring proper care in regard to heat index and food consumption. It was such a rewarding experience to watch the kids learn and grow confidence in their abilities while maintaining safety as a top priority! I have immense patience and meet children where they are.
