Since that time, I've accumulated over two decades of diverse experience working with young children and their families as a preschool teacher, private nanny, and Early Learning Program administrator in our community. Some of my strengths as a caregiver include open/honest communication with families, maintaining a growth-mindset, creativity/imaginative play, de-escalation, outdoor learning, and household organization. I love pets/animals, spending time outside, music, messy art, and thrive when/where I can be helpful. I started watching kids while I was 13, watching over my younger siblings and babysitting my neighbors' kids and my mom's friends' children. I began falling in love with children when I was always just playing with them and staying active.
