Hi! I’m Ogechi, and I’m a 21-year old college student. I’m currently a Psych and HDFS double major with a concentration in Child Health. I’ve always loved working with children which led me to pursue higher education to learn more about child development and education. I love working with children of all ages and have experience working with kids from 6 months to 12 years old, including children with special needs. I’m CPR certified, reliable, and committed to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. I always want to make sure children feel comfortable and well cared for while parents feel at ease.

I've been taking care of kids for about 10+ years now. I absolutely love interacting with children and getting to know them. It helps them feel more comfortable around me. Kids tend to like me right off the bat, so that's always great! I have great days with them, whether it's by watching a movie they like, playing with them and their toys, taking them out for activities (museums, sporting events, play dates, etc) or just making them laugh. I have experience with newborn babies up to the age of 12. I learned a lot while taking care of my own siblings as well as the children from church whenever anyone needed a babysitter for the events that were being held. I am willing to help with other needs such as pet sitting, running errands, food shopping, house cleaning, etc. Really anything as long as it's communicated beforehand.
