I've been babysitting on and off for a few years and most of my experience is with toddlers and children! I follow the 'gentle parenting' approach and practice Montessori guiding. I am not AMI certified yet but am very interested in doing so. While babysitting/nannying I like to encourage motor skills, speech skills, and helping the child understand the emotions they're feeling and healthy ways to deal with them.
