I am a college student in the Black Mountain area getting my bachelors degree in integrative health and I grew up in Franklin Tennessee. I come from a large family and have experience with both my own siblings and with various families in a babysitting and nannying context. I started babysitting at 12 and continued throughout highschool and into college. I love working with children and I am hoping to go on to get my masters in marriage and family therapy. I am also an Eagle Scout so while I am not up to date on my first aid certification, I do have a background in it.

I love helping families and being a trusted person you can call to watch your babies and little ones! I have years of experience with children of all ages, but particularly babies and toddlers. I have been changing diapers and taking care of newborns and kids since I was 5 years old! I’m from a big family and have watched my siblings and cousins my whole life. I started out as a mommy’s helper and then became a babysitter/nanny once I was 12, continuing until now! I have always had a nurturing and caring heart for families and little ones. 😊 I have experience with diaper changes, baths, sleep strategies, feedings, meal prep, etc.! I will gladly run errands and ensure everything is clean and taken care of so you can come home to a tidy house and happy kiddos. I love to cook, so I’d be more than happy to meal prep and cook. I am very patient, and being able to give children the patience, love, and care they need while mom and dad are at work, running errands, etc., means everything to me!

I love being a sitter because I love and have so much fun with kids! I used to help babysit for a family friend who has 6 kids who were from 1-12. I also worked in daycare in the infant room and in the 1 and 2 year old class!

Hi, I’m 28 y/o, grew up in California. I personally enjoy yoga, nature, animals, culture especially Spanish, travel, music, art, baking and being with animals. I have babysat, nannied, done au pair work, been a camp counselor, and worked in a summer nursery. I started around my teen years and have come back to working with children about every other year. I did au pair in Spain with two families two kids each around 8-11. The most kids I’ve looked over in a home was 5 all under 8 y/o, where three families shared a communal house. I was a camp counselor with Camp Opportunity in Santa Cruz, Ca with foster children ages 11-13. The nursery I worked with in Felton, Ca was for a Christian summer camp and was infants to 3 y/o. I’ve done pick up from day care and drop off as well, I’ve walked kids to their bus stop, or back and forth from lunch break. Of all ages I’ve mostly worked with 2-9 y/o. It really depends on their temperament if I can care for multiple kids. I can cook about anything and enjoy baking. I am physically fit and enjoy being outdoors. I got great grades in school and can help at homework time. I love pets, as long as they’re nice. I know basic Spanish. I have been CPR certified in the past but not currently updated. I have my own car that fits 4 passengers and a clean record.

I love being a babysitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and playing a positive role in their lives. Every child is different, and I find it rewarding to connect with them, help them learn, and support their creativity and imagination. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or simply listening to their thoughts, I enjoy being someone kids can trust and have fun with.
