Hi! I'm Kayla and I go by Dani :) I'm 27 years old and while most of my work experience is in retail management I recently discovered that guiding children is what I'm passionate about. I've been babysitting on and off for a few years and most of my experience is with toddlers and children! I follow the 'gentle parenting' approach and practice Montessori guiding. I am not AMI certified yet but am very interested in doing so. I was a nanny to a wonderful pair of siblings starting when they were 2 and 3, but they are in Kindergarten and Pre-K now so I am available to help new families. The kids and I got along so well that they wanted me to move in. :) Since graduating, I have worked as an elementary school substitute, lead a 3 year old room at a daycare, and continue to work as a tutor at Sylvan Learning Center after being with the company nearly a decade, so whether your little one needs homework help or play time, I've got you covered. I also love pets and don't mind helping with basic house work.
