Hello everyone! My name is Kate, I am a 20 year old female. I’m currenlty a nursing student in my second year. I am a certified nursing aide and certified in basic life support. I have been babysitting since I was 13. I have watched kids as young as 3 months and as old as 12 years. I currently nanny for two families regularly, but am looking for more opportunities! In high school I worked as a CNA at an assisted living facility. I specifically worked in the memory support unit which cared for residents with dementia. So not only do I love children, but the elderly also hold a special place in my heart. I am also a pet mom! I have had several pets growing up (dogs, cats, hamsters, birds). We lived on acreages and I’ve cared for farm animals as well. I have since added rabbits and hedgehogs to my list of pets! I do a lot of work fostering cats and getting stray/feral cats off the streets and onto farms where they can live out their years with constant food and water.
