I am a Mom, a Grandmother (or in my case a MorMor) and I have been a nanny for many years. I retired a few years ago and recently decided that I would like to help another family out for maybe a couple of days a week. The last family I nannied for ended up moving out of state but they were and are still so important to me. My name is Danielle Bruce. I am 21 years old. I graduated from Millard West in 2022. I graduated with my associate's degree in Early Childhood Education in November of 2023, which is teaching newborns to 3rd grade. I am certified in CPR and first aid, and I have my subbing license for the Millard district. Even though I live in Omaha, I go to school at Midland University, which is located in Fremont. I am attending school to achieve my bachelor's degree in elementary education, with an endorsement in special education. I used to work for a daycare but having my classes being in the middle of the day makes going to work and school difficult. I worked at my perverse daycare for two years, and before that, I worked at a before and after-school program watching children grades K-5. Right now I am looking for a job for the weekends, and late afternoon. I love working with children, and I can't wait to make a career out of it.
