I have been on and off babysitting for years of children of various ages, including being a live-in nanny for a few years. I engaged in various age-appropriate activities; I assisted in homeschooling, drove around multiple kids, and am very comfortable taking kids out of the house for various activities (with parental permission/request, of course). Throughout high school and the beginning of undergrad, I watched older kids (ages 8-12). Throughout undergrad, I was a nanny to twin girls (aged 2-5), and then was a live-in nanny to a little girl (age 1-3, who is now my godchild!). I just graduated law school, and have periodically babysat a 1 year old. I am currently studying for the bar exam, so although I have less free time nowadays, I perpetually miss interacting with and impacting young minds! Therefore, I can be flexible with scheduling for the time being, but also need to leave sufficient time for studying.
