Hi there! I'm Eleyna. I’m from Eastern MA, but I live in Greenfield now! Some of my hobbies include pottery, other various crafts, and cooking. For the past two years I've been a garden and food educator for elementary students in Holyoke. Before that I worked with middle and high school students in Austria, and before that I babysat for a wide range of ages, worked as a substitute teacher, and was an assistant teacher at an elementary after school program. I spent about five years working with the Autism Society of North Carolina and I also worked for a Behavioral Health company as a Behavioral Technician , supporting children with diverse needs through structure, creativity, patience, and lots of encouragement. I currently work in Childwatch at the YMCA, where I help create a safe, fun space so parents can enjoy a workout or a little well-deserved self-care. I’m also the oldest of four girls, so babysitting has been part of my life for as long as I can remember! From bedtime routines and snack time to imaginative play and calming big emotions, I’m comfortable jumping into all parts of a child’s world. I’m looking for babysitting opportunities while I continue my graduate studies.
