Hi! I’m currently 24 years old and I became babysitter certified at the age of 12 to be able to properly care for my younger cousins/siblings and I’ve been at it ever since. I also took an early childhood learning class in high school. I absolutely adore children and I care for every one as if they were my own. I have experience as a behavioral technician in a clinical setting working with children on the spectrum from ages 2-5. I have experience with infants, toddlers, elementary age & pre-teens. I also have experience with multiples. I love encouraging children to engage in activities that help them learn/grow but I also love bringing them places to relax and have fun or just simply coloring together and listening to music. I also like cooking and what not so meal prep is always on the table if you need it. I always respect parents boundaries/wishes and I adapt to whatever approach they prefer with anything. I have an interest in childhood development and enjoy creating fun activities for children based on their age. I enjoy art and baking, but spending time outside is my favorite pastime. I worked with a child with level 1 autism for several years, and have worked with children with anxiety. I have experience watching elementary aged twins. I have tutored children from 5 to 11 years old and am happy to help with homework as well as summer work and reading. I can speak basic Spanish and know basic sign language. I worked at a nursing home as a Recreational Therapy Assistant for about 3 years and as a Certified Teacher at an Early Childhood Education center working with toddler and preschool aged children. Before becoming a flight attendant, I nannied for 2 years for one family with children ages 4 and 1.
