Salutations Everyone! My name is Christine Bree Wirthlin, but please call me Bree (like the cheese—just spelled differently!). I’m originally from North Carolina and moved to chase some big dreams and continue my education. I’m currently a graduate student at Antioch University, working toward my Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with double minors in Human Development & Family Science and Sociology—which basically means I really love learning how kids grow, think, feel, and play! I have lots of hands-on experience with kiddos, from tiny infants to energetic 13-year-olds. I spent about five years working with the Autism Society of North Carolina and I also worked for a Behavioral Health company as a Behavioral Technician , supporting children with diverse needs through structure, creativity, patience, and lots of encouragement. I currently work in Childwatch at the YMCA, where I help create a safe, fun space so parents can enjoy a workout or a little well-deserved self-care. I’m also the oldest of four girls, so babysitting has been part of my life for as long as I can remember! From bedtime routines and snack time to imaginative play and calming big emotions, I’m comfortable jumping into all parts of a child’s world. Hello, My name is Corynne and I currently live in Alstead, NH. I am a trained nanny that has worked as a live-in nanny for almost 2 years. I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and a certified Reiki Master. I love teaching meditation to children and to anyone who is open to it. I am very patient, kind, and a diligent worker. In the past, I was a live-in nanny for almost 2 years caring for three children 7, 9, 11, a puppy and two cats. I am still in close contact with the family in CT. I was active daily in waking up the children, getting them dressed, preparing breakfast, and lunch with snacks for school. Drove, walked, and rode bikes to and from school. While children were at school, I would train and take care of puppy. I would also do loads of laundry, vacuum the house, prepare snacks and dinner. I would pack the boys soccer bags and the youngest ones gymnastic bag. After activities, I would drive them home to go over homework, finishing dinner and then getting them ready for bed. Whatever needed to be done, I always made sure it was done. If the dog needed to be taken to the vetinarians office, I would take him in between school time. I have always been an animal lover, just naturally great with both children and animals, which has been an asset throughout care taking. As well as caring for children, I will do house cleaning. I believe that keeping a clean environment relieves stress and clears the mind. I would also be willing to prepare any healthy organic meal for your family. I am vegan, but I do not mind cooking for others who are not. I became a caregiver because I am excellent with children and I love helping care for others.
