I’m currently a graduate student at Antioch University, working toward my Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with double minors in Human Development & Family Science and Sociology—which basically means I really love learning how kids grow, think, feel, and play! I have lots of hands-on experience with kiddos, from tiny infants to energetic 13-year-olds. I spent about five years working with the Autism Society of North Carolina and I also worked for a Behavioral Health company as a Behavioral Technician , supporting children with diverse needs through structure, creativity, patience, and lots of encouragement. I currently work in Childwatch at the YMCA, where I help create a safe, fun space so parents can enjoy a workout or a little well-deserved self-care. I’m also the oldest of four girls, so babysitting has been part of my life for as long as I can remember! From bedtime routines and snack time to imaginative play and calming big emotions, I’m comfortable jumping into all parts of a child’s world. I’m looking for babysitting opportunities while I continue my graduate studies. Hello! I’m Lola and I'm the oldest of seven kids, with the youngest being just 4, so caring for children has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I naturally took on a “second mom” role and learned how to juggle patience, responsibility, and lots of love. Throughout high school, I also babysat for family friends to earn extra money, giving me hands-on experience with kids of different ages and personalities. In addition to childcare, I’ve always had pets in the house, so I understand the responsibility, attentiveness, and care that come with animals too. HI my name is Amy I'm a mom of 4 grown children my oldest is almost 22 my youngest is 16, I just got done watching a sibling set of brothers that were ages 4 and 1 the 4 year old I started watching him at the age of 1 and his brother I had at age 2 weeks old until he was 9 months old when they moved. I am in college for early childhood education and daycare management and I have worked as a sub in a daycare and also have worked with disabled children as a bus monitor. I love working with children and can watch them in your house or mine.
