I'm a 53 year-old, young hearted mother of a high school graduate, and a now college freshman. In my prior position, I was an early education teacher at a private school (JCC), located in Margate/NJ. I have a love for children and a desire to help parents in need with whatever comes my way. In addition, I have over 18 yrs experience in childcare and early childhood education, combined. I'm a local to the shore area, located in Downtown Atlantic City, bordering Ventnor, however I'm available in all immediate shore/island towns surrounding my residence. I left my position as a certified teacher's assistant during the forced school closings back in March 20’, due to the COVID-19 alert. Soon after I decided to switch hands and go back into the field in which I loved the very best, in a more personal role. In a one on one level with Nanny/Child Care. Fortunately, over the last couple of years I was given the opportunity to work with a wonderful family, and took care of four children in one household, the youngest being my main priority. The family has decided to enroll her in an area daycare and or school, in order to provide her with early childhood education and care in a classroom setting. Many parents have to find child care in such short notice, and with demanding work schedules, but I'm here to relieve some of the stress. I'm also open to preparing meals, school and bus stop drop offs and pickups, helping with light housekeeping, and giving a hand with the laundry if need be, I'm also available for date nights, if you need a little break from it all. Hello! My name is Dianeli Alvarado I am 32 years old. At Atlantic Cape Community College I received my associates degree in psychology. I am First Aid, CPR, AED, Medical Administration certificate, train in camp counseling and fingerprints registered in NJ. My past experience is when I went away to Armuchee, Georgia at a Girl Scout camp. I was in charge of watching a troop of girls that stayed overnight weekly, also did daily activities, watched the girls with overnight care. My next, job was at the YMCa at Mullica Township School District as a before and after care counselor. I monitored both before and after school care for 30 plus kids ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade, assisted students with there homework and as well did daily activities. That summer I also worked as a camp counselor again, but it was with the YMCA which we had activities for the summer camp students and also helped the children with behavior and social problems. I am also an aunt to a niece and three nephew that are 17, 10, 9 and 4 years old. I love them to pieces and enjoy spending my time with them and getting to run around and do activities with them. My niece looks up to me because I am her role model and she just loves spending time with her aunt.
