Hello! I recently moved out of New York City leaving my job in childcare (ages prek-8th) of 3 years. Now I am back in school, training to become a Pilates teacher and generally have a flexible schedule. I loved working with the kids, and the emotional reward of impacting their small lives. In addition to my professional experience in childcare, I also have always had young kids in my family to look after. Updated Sept 2021 No Availability. I have lots of energy and I blow parents away with my ability to keep up with kids. I already have been cleared with a background check.  This also includes finger printed. I have many references Hello Moms and Dads, Mary poppins isn't available, but I am the next best thing. I work well with kids of all ages.I enjoy doing many activities with children and I have a lot of patience, and yes I have been tested before.  I do not scream at children.  I believe you have to get down to their level so they really can understand what you are saying.  I am a big animal lover. I enjoy making kids laugh and have a good time. I can also be stern when needed, in the case of discipline I use the time out system. I am a hugh supernanny fan and i never miss a show. I have many references and I will show you that I am not just a great nanny but a great person as well. When it's time for me to go, I will always double check if there is something else you need help with and be more then happy to stay and finsih it for you. I am available ( I dress appropriatly and in the summer i always bring an extra set of clothes, because I don't mind getting dirty or going through a sprinkler with the kids)
