I babysit for local as well as out of state families who come for weddings and other special occasions. I have also worked in the district's child care program for many years, including summers with ages prek-5th grade. When Covid struck our world, I began babysitting a family of three, ages 18 months-7 years old. More recently this past summer, I was a mother's helper w twins, almost age two and I've continued helping with them for week night date nights, weekends as well as school closings. My long-term goal is to pursue a career in federal or private-sector law enforcement, which has strongly shaped my sense of responsibility, ethics, and care for others. From 2019 to 2022, I relocated from Virginia to New Jersey to be a full-time caregiver for my grandfather, who was living with Parkinson’s disease and later entered hospice care.
