I truly love being a nanny and sitter because caring for children has always been a natural part of who I am. I find joy in creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can grow, explore, and feel supported. Every child is unique, and I value the chance to bring out their creativity, confidence, and curiosity through play, learning, and consistency. I have decades of hands-on experience raising my own children as well as working with families in the U.S. and abroad. Over the years, I have cared for children of all ages from newborns and toddlers to school aged kids and teens with an emphasis on patience, positive communication, and encouragement. I understand the balance between structure and fun, and I know how to adapt to each family’s needs.

I'm a mom myself and a full-time teaching assistant. I’ve experienced the issues with childcare firsthand and I’m happy to help whether it be for date nights, or a little extra help on the weekends. I try to keep my availability on here as up-to-date as possible. Due to my job, I have open availability on school breaks. I have experience babysitting children of all ages and have 12 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities/behavioral problems. I love to watch children learn, and would be great homework help after school. I prefer to engage children the same way I was as a child such as by playing games and sports, building forts, or getting outside & enjoying nature. I enjoy cooking and baking, and arts & crafts. I have no issue completing household chores (and it's not something you will need to even ask me to do!) and running errands as needed. If I seem like a good fit for your family, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I’ve always loved helping families and being someone they can depend on. Whether it’s keeping things tidy, organized, or just creating a calm, comfortable space, I take pride in making daily life a little easier. I have experience caring for homes and helping with housekeeping, organizing, and daily routines. I’m reliable, understanding, and great with time management — I like to get things done while keeping a positive, friendly attitude. My goal is always to make families feel supported and comfortable knowing their home is in good hands.

Hi! My name is Rebecca and I have been in the childcare field for over 10 years. I have cared for large groups of children, one on one, twins, and children with mild autism and speech delays. When I'm not working, I like to cook, read, write, knit, and spend time with my family and animals. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were... I have worked in morning childcare (daycare setting) with multiple children (ages 0-3y) for over 10 years. During that time period I also was a sitter for several different families. Currently, I am a Mother's helper, caring for a 3yo while Mom works from home. Activities I enjoy doing with children... Reading, singing, puzzles, crafts, cooking, playing, coloring, and outside time.

As a mother of two beautiful kids it only comes natural to care for children. I have babysat my younger siblings since I was 14. At 15 I started babysitting 3 children in which 2 were handicapped. 12 years later I absolutely enjoy being around children and watching them grow and develop into bright people.

I began babysitter for my neighbors at 12 yrs. Before that I walked babies in their carriages and played with them at the local park. During my first year of college I was a Jr. Sr. High youth group counselor for three combined churches. Then while I attended St. Rose, I spent many hours working with pre-school through 6th grade. After getting my NYS certifications in N-6, English 7-12, business education, and special education, I have taught N through adults and enjoyed them all! At 46, I was blessed to become a mother to my only child, Christopher Raymond. He and I participated in community events, library programs including fantastic summer programs, VBS, and trips I planned to special places like Washington DC & Honolulu, HI. He was an honors student since 3rd grade, graduated with AP and college credits! This us his sophomore year at Marist University. As a teenager I cleaned house but would prefer to take it easy on my back and knees now. I love to bake. My parents were 36 & 40 yrs old when my twin brother & I were born. They allowed my older brothers to name us. When we were older they taught us to swim, ice skate, build snow forts, drive a small motorcycle and then drive a car with a standard. My middle brother & his wife taught college and high school math so prepared us for math Regents. We also went camping with them in the Finger Lakes.
