Hi everyone! I'm Anna, I've always loved caring for and educating children. I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I grew up in a big family with 11 siblings and over 20 nieces and nephews!! So caring for children has been a natural part of my life. I've worked with kids of all ages, but most of my professional experience is with 12months to 5 years old. I student taught at Hill and Plain elementary for the preschool. I led activities ranging from story times, music, and movement, to various art and sensory projects. My focus was always pushing curiosity and of course giving them a safe space to do so! Some activities I really enjoy doing with children are getting outside and going to the playground and parks, the library, sensory play, teaching shapes/colors, arts and crafts, and how to navigate their big emotions. Outside of work I'm big into health/fitness, visiting friends and family, reading and trying new things like restaurants or hobbies!

I have been a Teaching Assistant in special education for over 15 years and have my NYS teaching certification. Hi! Over the years, I have developed a strong passion for working with children. For 7 years, I was a volunteer baton twirling coach; teaching girls ages 6-18 how to twirl and eventually bringing them to local and state competitions to compete. For three years I was employed as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Childhood Center, working with children nine months to five years of age. Hello parents, my name is Meghann. I have been working in childcare for a year and a half now. My first job as a nanny was with a big family of four children aged 4 months old, 3, 5, and 10 years old. After that, I moved on to work at a two daycare the first daycare i work at was working with in infants and toddler but I was bouncing around to preschool whenever they need with the second daycare i work at is at home daycare i work with the same group of kids with the previous of daycare i work. I also work with kids that have special needs, both toddlers. Other than that I do activities including arts and crafts, outdoor play, music and movement, story time, and structured learning activities like puzzles, memory match games, and building blocks. I also do have CPR and first aid certification that wouldn't expire until 2027 and some early childhood education and training programs. 55-year-old woman Ive been in childcare for over 20 years. Also the Goddard school for 5 years. Most importantly I am a mom of 2 adult children, which I feel is an advantage. I'm currently with a family I'm with a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old in the summer they will be going to camp so I am available till 11:00ish during the week then when the school year comes one will be in school full time the other till noon so again I am free till 11:30ish the Mom is pregnant she will be taking off from September till December so I will be available anytime during the week as well.
