I was raised by my 4 older sisters, which they’ve shown me as I gotten older to raise my 2 little brothers and my little sister, which one of them has Down syndrome, and I also watched my nephews too for a year while my sister works. Since then, I have 5 years of taking care of people’s kids when they need it. I’m very respectful and responsible, calm and easy going, and very energetic around people. People also admire me the way how I talk and speak, plus people always come to me for advice, on their personal problems or like if they need guidance on how they want to improve to be someone like me. I’m VERY patient, which is another reason why alot of people come to me also. 🙏😊

I am a Nervous System Specialist (NTS) working with competitive fencing athletes ages 10 and up, helping them improve performance by strengthening the connection between the brain, body, and movement pattern communication under stress. My work focuses on regulating the nervous system so athletes can process stress efficiently, react with precision, and maintain consistency during the high-demand competition. By addressing how the nervous system responds to speed, uncertainty, and fatigue, I support athletes in developing better focus, faster decision- making, and resilient movement patterns that translate directly to competitive success. In addition to my performance with athletes, I have extensive experience as a Case Worker in a residential treatment facility serving children ages 8 to 13. In this role, I provided direct support to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and implemented individualized care plans focused on safety, regulation, and long- tern development. My background includes crisis intervention, behavior management, documentation, and building trusting relationships with children in a structured, high stress environment. Across both disciplines, my work is rooted in understand behavior through the lens of the nervous system. Whether supporting young athletes or children in residential care, I bring calm, regulated presence, strong observational skills, and results- driven approach that prioritizes stability, growth, and performance under pressure.

Hi My kiddos I teach and have cared for call me Mrs Zee I have over 30 + years of childcare & teaching from summer camps to enrichment programs , local schools ,coaching youth and so much more with lots of love care and enthusiasm. I’m hands on and keep the kiddos moving with planned activities through out the day. I’m offering Summer Time Enrichment sessions this Summer to my families I may serve . I’m a Mom of 5 , Grammy , Wife , Teacher & serve ages 3 years to teens . I am a 46 year old female with a daughter who just turned 13. I have many years of experience with children - from babysitting when I was a teen, to raising my own and to being a substitute teacher at our local school for six years. I absolutely love children and enjoy spending time with them. My daughter will be taking the American Red Cross babysitter course this weekend. I was also a member of our local EMS. I do know infant CPR/First Aid. We live right in Roxbury on Main Street, and I am very familiar where all of the wedding venues are. My daughter would like to earn extra money this summer. I was wondering if you would allow my daughter to come with me, shadow me in a sense. My daughter is extremely mature for her age, and loves being around little ones (she the only child). Obviously you would only pay for one sitter. I also work full time as the Executive Assistant at the Catskill Watershed Corporation which is located in Arkville. This is a Monday - Friday job.
